Marjon has been working in the notary field with great pleasure for quite some time now.
No file is the same, and the interaction with people makes the work enjoyable. She likes to have a chat and a joke with colleagues. This way, the working atmosphere remains good! In her free time, she loves to do fun activities with her family and friends.
After completing her notarial law education with honors (!) at Utrecht University, Marjan joined our team in 2006. Marjan is a notary and sees it as a challenge to explain notarial topics in clear, accessible language. And that doesn’t work? Then she likes to draw a diagram to clarify her explanation.
Before Vivienne came to work with us in 2010, she trained as a notary clerk. Vivienne works with utmost concentration in the registered property department. And that for someone who doesn’t have a typing diploma…
Susan van de Ven is a candidate notary with many years of experience, especially in the field of family law. In the absence of the notary, she can sign (‘pass’) the deeds on his behalf. Susan works closely with Marjan and Hanne.
Aart studied notarial law at Leiden University. Since 2014 he has worked as a candidate notary at Notariskantoor Broekmans. Aart likes to roll up his sleeves. He is an expert in corporate law and has also completed the Notarial Professional Training Course.
Eline once started as an intern at our office. She liked it so much that she has now ‘ascended’ to become a candidate notary. She worked hard for that; she has completed a study in tax law and notarial law. Within our office, Eline mainly focuses on personal and family law and corporate law. Outside our office she swings away; in her spare time she likes to dance. She is also a lover of good food.
Hanne is a real ‘visiting card’ for our office. From the start, she has worked as a clerk in personal and family law. She handles, among other things, all divisions after a divorce. She is happily married and the proud mother of four children
Dionne has been working as a registered notary clerk at our office since April 2021. It was immediately clear to us that this lady knows how to tackle things. She works in the real estate section with dedication and a customer-oriented attitude. Dionne will always look after your interests; her motto is: ‘The customer always comes from the right’.
Francoise makes our quotations regarding the registered property, among other things. You can immediately see and hear that she enjoys her work. Francoise ‘mans’ our telephone and is the face behind our email address info@jouwnotaris.nl. She does her utmost to answer clients’ questions quickly and completely.
Jenny is Pim Broekmans’ secretary. She is his first point of contact, live or by telephone. Jenny also supports other colleagues where necessary. After years away from the notarial profession, she has really found her niche at Broekmans & Bijnen Notary Office.
Geraldine is our calling card; the first person you see when you enter our office. This winner wants everyone to feel welcome. She mans our reception full-time and literally ‘belongs’ to the interior. When we moved into our building at the end of 2020, Geraldine was already working at this location and… she just stayed put! In daily life she is a proud mother of twins. Her hobbies are traveling, tennis, running and skiing.
Lieke has worked at our office since 2004. She is a real jack of all trades. Lieke takes care of cancellations, stock management and legalizations. And she enjoys working at the reception. She provides a warm welcome: with a nice cup of coffee, a hot cup of tea and a friendly smile.
Anja is our housekeeper. She works both during and after office hours and always keeps the office tidy. Anja is the cheerful note in our office who sometimes causes a stir…

Anja is onze huishoudster. Ze werkt zowel tijdens als na kantooruren en houdt het kantoor altijd netjes. Anja is de vrolijke noot in ons kantoor die soms veel stof doet opwaaien…
Lieke werkt sinds 2004 bij ons kantoor. Ze is een echte duizendpoot. Lieke verzorgt royementen, het voorraadbeheer en legalisaties. En werkt met veel plezier bij de receptie. Ze zorgt voor een hartelijke ontvangst: met een lekker kopje koffie, een warme kop thee én een vriendelijke glimlach.
Geraldine is ons visitekaartje; de eerste persoon die je ziet als je ons kantoor binnenkomt. Deze topper wil dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Ze bemant onze receptie fulltime en ‘hoort’ letterlijk bij het interieur. Toen we eind 2020 ons pand betraden, werkte Geraldine al op deze locatie en… ze bleef gewoon zitten! In het dagelijks leven is ze een trotse moeder van een tweeling. Haar hobby’s zijn reizen, tennis, hardlopen en skiën.
Jenny is de secretaresse van Pim Broekmans. Ze is zijn eerste aanspreekpunt, live of via de telefoon. Jenny ondersteunt waar nodig ook de andere collega’s. Na jaren uit het notariaat te zijn weg geweest, heeft ze bij Broekmans & Bijnen jouw notaris echt haar draai gevonden.
Francoise is per juni 2024 met welverdiend pensioen. Dat ze plezier in haar werk heeft gehad, zie en hoor je meteen. Ze doet nog steeds haar uiterste best om vragen van cliënten snel én volledig te beantwoorden.Want ook al is ze ondertussen met haar camper op pad, ze maakt rechtsomkeert als we haar nodig hebben!
Dionne werkt sinds april 2021 als register-notarisklerk bij ons kantoor. Voor ons was direct duidelijk dat deze dame van aanpakken weet. Vol overgave en met een klantgerichte instelling werkt ze bij de sectie onroerend goed. Dionne zal je belangen altijd goed behartigen; haar lijfspreuk is namelijk: ‘De klant komt altijd van rechts’.
Hanne is een echt ‘visitekaartje’ voor ons kantoor. Vanaf de start is zij als klerk werkzaam in het personen- en familierecht. Zij behandelt onder meer alle verdelingen na een scheiding. Zelf is ze gelukkig getrouwd en trotse moeder van vier kinderen.
Eens startte Eline als stagiaire bij ons kantoor. Dat beviel haar zo goed, dat ze Inmiddels is ‘opgeklommen’ tot kandidaat-notaris. Daar heeft ze hard voor gewerkt; ze heeft namelijk een studie fiscaal recht en notarieel recht voltooid. Binnen ons kantoor richt Eline zich vooral op het personen- en familierecht en op het ondernemingsrecht. Buiten ons kantoor swingt ze erop los; in haar vrije tijd houdt ze ervan om te dansen. Daarnaast is ze een liefhebber van lekker eten.
Aart heeft notarieel recht aan de Universiteit Leiden gestudeerd. Sinds 2014 werkt hij als kandidaat-notaris bij Notariskantoor Broekmans. Aart steekt graag zijn handen uit de mouwen. Hij is een kei in het ondernemingsrecht en heeft daarnaast de Beroepsopleiding Notariaat afgerond.
Susan van de Ven is kandidaat-notaris met jarenlange ervaring, in het bijzonder op het gebied van het familierecht. Bij afwezigheid van de notaris kan zij namens hem de aktes ondertekenen (‘passeren’). Susan werkt nauw samen met Marjan en Hanne.
Voordat Vivienne in 2010 bij ons kwam werken, volgde ze de opleiding tot notarisklerk. In opperste concentratie werkt Vivienne op de afdeling registergoed. En dat voor iemand die geen typediploma heeft…
Na het cum laude (!) voltooien van haar opleiding notarieel recht aan de Universiteit Utrecht, kwam Marjan in 2006 bij ons team. Marjan is notaris en ziet het als een uitdaging om notariële onderwerpen in begrijpelijke taal uit te leggen. En lukt dat niet? Dan tekent ze graag een schemaatje om haar uitleg te verduidelijken.
