Arranging your estate with a will

When you’re in the prime of your life, you’d rather not think about your estate. But what if you die? You want to leave the people close to you with as few cares as possible. Your notary understands how important it is to arrange your estate for yourself. We make sure your wishes are documented properly. We do this in a will.

Will by your notary

A well-arranged estate provides clarity and peace of mind. Especially when you have children. In your will, you can record who takes care of underage children when you and your partner have passed away. Or who inherits that special family heirloom. By properly arranging your will, you can also influence how much (inheritance) tax your survivors pay. Your notary will create your will, fitting your personal situation. This will prevent you from unnecessarily passing your capital twice or more often, with inheritance tax paid every time.

Your life. Your estate. Your notary.

At your notary, your personal story is key. Your notary listens, asks questions, clarifies, and gives you honest advice about the best options for your will. After our conversation, the will is sent to your home. So you can read through it in your own time. Want to make adjustments? Not a problem. If the conditions are agreed on, you both sign the cohabitation contract with the notary at our office.
